How long does it take for my bike or frame to ship?
Most frames and components ship within 2-4 business days. For complete custom builds, please allow 2-3 weeks for our mechanics to professionally assemble and tune your bike before it is boxed for delivery.
Do you offer international shipping for framesets?
Yes, we ship Crust frames and components worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the dimensions of the box. Please note that international customers are responsible for any local duties or taxes.
What is your return policy on components and apparel?
Unused and uninstalled components in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all frameset sales are final unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
How do I know which frame size is right for me?
Sizing for our bikes can be unique due to our geometry designs. We recommend checking the specific geometry chart on each product page and comparing the 'Reach' and 'Stack' to your current setup, or emailing us your measurements for a recommendation.
Are Crust frames covered by a warranty?
Yes, we offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner. This does not cover normal wear and tear, crashes, or modifications made to the frame.
Can I pick up my order in person?
If you are local to our headquarters, you can select 'Local Pickup' at checkout. We will send you a notification email once your order is ready to be collected from our warehouse.
