At Crust Bikes, we want to ensure your setup is perfect for your next adventure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unused components, frames, and apparel in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and hardware is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned gear for signs of use or installation, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
